OrderGTA6.com ("we", "us") is an independent fan and deals site about Grand Theft Auto VI. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

Launch-alert signups. If you use the "Notify me at launch" form, we collect the email address you enter, and optionally your phone number and platform, plus which page you signed up from.
Basic analytics. Standard, non-identifying usage data (such as page views) may be collected by our hosting or analytics provider to keep the site running.
We do not ask for or store payment details. All purchases happen on the retailer's own site (Amazon, GameStop, etc.).

How we use it

To send you the alerts you asked for: GTA 6 release-day and pre-order notifications.
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, to send those alerts by SMS. Message & data rates may apply. We only text you about GTA 6 — not third-party offers.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by a third-party form/email provider (for example Formspree or a similar service) and any email/SMS sending tool we use to deliver alerts. These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Our website host may also process basic request data.

Affiliate links & cookies

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click them and make a purchase, the retailer (e.g. via the Amazon Associates Program or eBay Partner Network) may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you, and may set their own cookies to attribute the sale. We use minimal cookies ourselves; embedded fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices & rights

Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email, by replying STOP to any text, or by contacting us.
You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA — we honor those requests.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
